Refund policy
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Food and beverage products
- Perishable goods
- Gift cards
- Clearance, sale, or final-sale items
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Items marked as non-returnable on the product page
- Opened beauty, cosmetic, or personal care products for hygiene reasons
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and provide a replacement, exchange, or refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable
