Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days after payment is received.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.
Shipping Times
Beauty & More partners with trusted suppliers through Shopify Collective to fulfill and ship products directly to customers.
Shipping and delivery times vary depending on the product, supplier, destination, and carrier. Estimated delivery dates may be displayed on product pages or at checkout when available.
While many orders arrive within a few business days, delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before your purchase is completed.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions on qualifying products or orders.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that may include tracking information.
Please allow time for tracking information to update after shipment.
Multiple Shipments
Products in the same order may be fulfilled by different supplier partners. As a result, items may ship separately and arrive on different dates.
You may receive multiple tracking numbers for a single order.
Shipping Delays
Beauty & More is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Carrier service disruptions
- Severe weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- Customs processing
- Supply chain disruptions
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
- Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control
Delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been processed or shipped, we may be unable to modify the shipment. Additional charges may apply if a package must be re-shipped.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Beauty & More is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages.
Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to file any necessary claims. We will provide reasonable assistance when possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include your order number and photographs of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.
International Orders
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country.
Beauty & More is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.
